Addressing legal aspects of property ownership, rights and transactions (buying, selling and leasing of land and buildings); addressing  both tangible and intangible property rights, easements, liens and adverse possession; overseeing every aspect of property purchases (drafting of offers and preliminary agreements, organizing technical surveys, verifying ownership, liens and legal aspects, collaborating with all parties until final deed signing).

Inheritance Law:

Managing the distribution of a deceased person’s assets and liabilities; enforcing  rules regarding how property is transferred upon death, including intestacy laws (when a person dies without a will) and the validity of wills; guaranteeing  the rights of heirs; overseeing inheritance filing; drafting of last will and testaments.

Family Law:

Addressing legal issues surrounding family relationships, including marriage, divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, visitation rights and the division of marital property.

Immigration Law and Citizenship Procedures:

Overseeing all  processes for obtaining visas through the Italian Consulate, permits to stay through the Questura, and final residency through the Commune; obtaining Italian citizenship including by way of descent, marriage, residency. 

Personal Injury:

Including auto accidents, slip and fall, medical malpractice, professional liability.

Consumer Rights:

Protecting the interests of consumers in transactions involving goods and services.

Litigation and Extrajudiciary Dispute Resolution:

Representation and assistance through the legal processes for resolving disputes through litigation in courts and through alternative methods such as mediation, arbitration and extrajudiciary dispute resolution (seeking to resolve conflicts without the need for court intervention, emphasizing negotiation and compromise to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes)..

Comparative Private Law:

Addressing the differences and similarities between private law systems in various jurisdictions in various countries across the globe.

Private International Law:

Addressing all aspects of so-called “conflict of laws” and determining the legal principles that decide which jurisdiction’s law applies in cases involving cross-border transactions and disputes;  providing guidelines for resolving conflicts that arise when multiple legal systems may be involved.
